“WE PAINT HOUSES” We will leave no trace of the terrible paint job you had before! Goodbye stains. No more dripmarks or splatter. We believe in the restorative process of good old fashioned painting. It’s our mission to make your walls and your paint job clean and respectable. No hit and run spray jobs with us. Those guys paint your dirt, not your walls! Preparation is everything when it comes to doing the job the right way. Our process is as follows: 1st: Prep cleaning & Inspection Check for cracks, divots, holes, or other issues Wipe clean all surface gunk, mildew, pet hair, cobwebs, dusty bunnies, scum, and generic dirt 2nd: Taping Off and Dust Control Tape off areas to prevent splatter Install dust barriers Layout ground protection Cover all furniture in affected areas Remove or tape off outlets, cable cords, or other wall fixtures 3rd: Sanding Remove texture from ceiling (add on service) or sand when possible. Orbital sander pass on all walls Dremel sander in all corners and on all trim Mark cracks, major divots, holes, or other fixable issues Remove damaged caulking Sweep and vacuum when finished 4th: Repair Major Damage (If Needed) Sheetrock, or Skimcoat Install drywall patches or fiber tape Use epoxy on major divots or holes Stripping solution for over painted sections Small wood repairs (decorative or crowning woods only, no structural repairs) Sand areas (after materials have properly set and dried) 5th: Put on Primer (KILZ ANTIMOLD) Lay caulk on trim and corners after 30 min of primer drying Apply second coat of primer 1hr after on dark or stained walls Use light spackle on divots and scuffs Check splatter protection Patch or caulk small cracks 6th: Put on Color Paint ceiling first. Wait 30 min before taping off. Cut in all corners Use edge painter on wall/ceiling line “W” roll and zig zag in the fields Mini roll in corners and shallow tracts Paint over yellowed outlet faces if customer is not replacing them Reroll after 1 horr of drying for second “overcoat” when required 7th: Clean Up Sweep and vacuum first Repack all dust covers Remove dust barrier Sweep and vacuum again Wipe all ledges Remove tape Inspect painted areas for immediate fixes Remove floor protection Remove paint speckles Pack out all trash and remove from property 8th: Final inspection Client walkthrough for final QC Sign a piece of art and say farewell Warranty and Code of Conduct Free “touch ups” within 60 days of completion.
